By Car:

Freeway 3 (Formosan Freeway):

Exit at Hsiangshan Interchange (109K), turn left onto Chung-Hwa Road and turn right to Kexue Road and proceed to the entrance of Jhunan Science Park and turn left onto Kezhong Road to reach NHRI via Gate 2.

By Public Transportation:

A. Train

Get off at Jhunan* Station and take taxi to NHRI (travel time: around 15 mins.).
B. Taiwan High Speed Rail

　Hsinchu Station:　

  1. Get off at Hsinchu Station and take taxi to NHRI (around 30 – 40 mins. ) or alternatively
  2. Take Hsinchu Science Park Free Shuttle Bus Orange line at Taiwan High Speed Rail Hsinchu Station to Life Hub Station and then transfer via Purple line to NHRI Station.

　Miaoli Station:　

  1. Get off at Miaoli Station and take 101A Jhunan Sci. Park－THSR Miaoli Stn. to NHRI (around 40 – 50 mins. ) or alternatively
  2.  Take taxi to NHRI (around 30-40 mins.)
C. Kuo-Kuang Motor Transport

  1. Taipei <==> Jhunan: Get off at Toufen Bus Stop and take taxi to NHRI (around 10 minutes).
  2. Banqiao <==> Jhunan: Get off at NHRI Bus Stop.
D. Hsinchu Science Park Free Shuttle Bus (Purple line)

  • Daily bus hours: 06: 30 A.M. to 19: 40 P.M.，Interval: 60 minutes
  • Stops: Science Park Life Hub – Microtek International, Inc. – FamilyMart – Alexandria Community – Kexue Rd. – Innolux – Prime Optical fiber Corp. (POFC) – Sinonar Solar Corp. – Taiwan Micro Display Corp. (TMDC) – Detention basin – National Health Research Institutes (NHRI) – Animal Technology Institute Taiwan – Standard Factory
